The whole experience was pain free and a good value for my dollar. I can honestly say if the mortgage company or anyone else called I would simply call Justin and he always took care of it.

Living on the "Space Coast" of Florida in trying economic times, along with the phase out of the space program, we watched our home value drop to 25% of the price we paid for it in 2005. The smartest thing we did was contact Justin Clark. I did a lot of research on line first about short sales and who had the best experience to handle, and chose his law firm. From the first phone call to their offices, his staff was helpful and set up an appointment that worked for our schedules. Justin was great; relaxed and knowledgeable and he took his time to explain our options, what would happen, and what we could expect. When we left the office, it felt like there was finally a light at the end of the tunnel. Fast forward a little over a year, and our home just closed in the short sale. Justin had referred us to a fantastic realtor in our area, who also worked very hard to sell the home. Unbelievably, we had no deficiency judgment and no costs due at closing. I don't know if that's typical, but we are incredibly thankful. We have to mention Brandon Haugan on Justin's team -- he was phenomenal. For every question, every concern we sent him, his response was immediate and meaningful.

"My wife and I visited with Justin Clark at the offices of Gregory and Clark in late October of 2010. We had attempted on 3 different occasions over an 18 month period to secure a loan modification with our bank, and because of paperwork, fax issues, having "too much income," etc. we were turned down all three times. We were proactive in attempting to continue to pay our mortgage, and were not interested in "running away" from the responsibility. Justin put us both at ease and told us the firm would handle everything, not to worry about it, even though we had many doubts about the amount we still owed, our inability to pay, and our financial future. True to his word, Gregory and Clark took care of our situation, securing a short sale on our home, with the bank forgiving us the balance of the debt, which was substantial. The one-time fee for the service is extremely affordable, considering the amount of work involved, and the gravity to us of our situation. While we know that many hands worked on our case, we are extremely grateful to Elizabeth Hernandez, and her tireless work to bring the situation to a close. "My wife and I recently needed the help of an attorney to represent us, we decided to use Justin Clark and it was the best decision we could've made. We were in an escrow dispute over a deposit we put down on a Short Sale home, ultimately we decided to not move forward with the home and notified the seller's agent of our wishes to have the deposit returned, these actions were all within our rights of the contract however the sellers decided to file for a dispute which would cause us to lose our deposit. Justin immediately took action and filed the proper appeal to FREC and the seller's attorney. Justin's experience, knowledge, and confidence led to a quick and decisive judgment in our favor which returned our deposit check to us within just a couple of weeks.
